We are a not-for-profit facility owned by the Miller County Nursing Home District, which has a 6-member Board of Directors who manage and operate the facility. Our guiding principle is to provide outstanding and professional healthcare in a loving, home-like atmosphere in a rural setting. We are known for excellence in providing the highest standard of quality care to our patients and residents.

Medical Director for Miller County Care & Rehabilitation Center
Dr. Christine Livek
Dr. Livek is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been providing care in long-term care settings since 1993. Since 2013, she has served as Medical Director for multiple long-term care facilities. She has also held leadership roles as Medical Director of Hospice Care and Medical Director of a Health Department.
Born and raised in the Lake of the Ozarks area, Dr. Livek is proud to continue serving the community she calls home. She lives at the Lake of the Ozarks with her husband, Aaron, and enjoys spending time with their two daughters and three granddaughters.
Administrator
Tiffany Showers, LNHA, has been the Administrator of the Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center since June of 2022. She has been an Administrator since 2017. Tiffany lives locally with her husband and 3 boys. The goal for her at Miller County Care is to continue to provide excellent care, services and fulfill the requirements of long-term care.
